We deliver all over the UK and to most countries worldwide. Please read on for more information.
Delivery Information
Eco Credentials - Wherever possible we avoid the use of plastic, but occasionally there is no sensible alternative.
We aim to use the most effective delivery service for the types of items we sell, and will choose your carrier based on the weight, size and fragility of the items you order.
Our delivery charges apply to each individual order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is on the way; we use either the Royal Mail or Evri Courier Service.

UK Delivery
Free standard delivery, signed for (3-5 working days from dispatch).
Express Delivery (£4.95), signed for (1-2 working days from dispatch)
A signature is required upon receipt. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Your courier (if used) will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. If you don’t think you’ll be in for the next attempt you can divert your parcel and let your courier know to deliver your parcel to a safe place or a neighbour
Any instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour is undertaken at your own risk. Bella Crystals cannot be held responsible for missing items.
Delivery to a different address/gift recipient
If it is more convenient for you, we can deliver to a different address than your own, for example your place of work.
The delivery note will not show prices and we can also add your personal message for a gift.
We will send an order confirmation to your email address.
Gift Delivery
Delivery to multiple addresses.
If you would like to have items sent to different addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be applied to each address
International Delivery:
We have many customers around the world and are delighted to send orders to most countries outside the UK, via airmail.
Europe
Royal Mail International Tracked (3 - 5 business days from dispatch).
Tracked end to end with online confirmation.
Rest of The World
Royal Mail International Tracked (6 - 7 business days from dispatch).
Tracked end to end with online confirmation.
Taxes and Duties are not included.
We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.

Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
UK public holidays and sales periods will affect delivery dates.
Orders shipping to the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day to deliver.
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.
DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER TO DISPATCH. WE ARE WORKING TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SENT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY.
